The Relics of Death

The state of Israel is  based on a hoax;

Its army is a gang of war criminals who scorch babies and bury children alive.

Its politicians are a pack of racists.

IDF are sadistic; they enjoy starving millions of Palestinians

Forces of darkness there destroy schools (no Palestinian child should be enlightened).

They set up check points in every corner (iron-curtain policy),

Occupy houses and turn them into HQs. (self-defence)

Use civilians as human shields (they see themselves as a super race)

Kill children as potential terrorists (preemptive policy)

Wage war after war to insure their longevity (the blood thirsty cannot survive without shedding it)

Attack any country they like (Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Tunisia,  a new one is looming on Iran)

Bowdlerize, seize or censor any publication that is not hailing Israel's policy. (the number of scholars incarcerated is increasing daily)

Stifle any attempt to shed light on the Israeli hoax. (shut up any free thinking mouth)

The list is long… how can they celebrate their 'national' or 'independence' day?

It's rather a dependence on blood shed, a dependence on murder professionalism,a dependence on state terrorism, a dependence on expansionism and land confiscation...

I think Israelis should sprinkle their flag with skulls to remind the world that death is their philosophy or may be borrow the pirate flag and decorate it with samples of the lethal weaponry IDF are using profusely these days. Here they are unbeatable. Above is a suggestion, it is not copyright. They can take it.

If holocaust is an absolute truth, why should we bar anyone who tries to shed light on it? History is not a personal property for anyone to run or use for their own benefit.

It’s disgusting to see humanity’s concerns encapsulated in a myth that is magnified day after day. Many a scholar tried to steer people’s minds to the bitter truth, but it seems minds are not ripe yet to accept it. Prophets have been derided, Holy books have been trampled, and religions scoffed. No one of those who produced films, written books or drawn pictures of this type has been severely reprimanded. Instead, those who dared open the issue of the holocaust are sent to darkness.

What if we make of the Holocaust a new religion, will those people be happy?! That's an alternative to envisage...

Time to take a stand

Why do Americans wear their vilifying glasses every time they look at North Korea, Hamas, Iran and Syria… and quickly change them when Israel is mentioned? The whole world has seen live the Israeli crimes perpetrated in Gaza and Lebanon and the apartheid walls stretching longer and longer.

Americans refuse to recognize that simply because they are behind it. How can they condemn themselves? Who finances the crimes of Israel? Who gives them lethal weaponry? Who bars UN resolutions condemning Israel?

Racism is a gangrene that destroys the world community. Obama should look back to the near history and see the hellish type of life his black countrymen led. He should be the first to take a stand.

Israeli Scholar questions the founding myth of Israel

See the details in the article on http://www.consortiumnews.com by Morgan Strong  a former professor of Middle Eastern history, and advisor to “60 Minutes CBS News” on the Middle East.

Dr. Sand, an expert on European history at the University of Tel Aviv has undermined in his book the veracity of the myths Zionists have been propagandizing to bring the Jews of the world to the land of Israel as being their due land granted by God to the Jewish people. He has also expressed his skepticism about the purity of the Jewish population and asserted that the chances that Palestinians are the descendants of the ancient Judaic people is greater.

Another Israeli free mind that rebukes the Zionist claim on the common genealogy of the Jews of the world and the lies that justified their migration leading to the dispossession of the Palestinians.

Zionists should stop playing the role of the victims.

EAFORD’s Oral Intervention during the Tenth Session of Human Rights Council
Anti-Zionism Is Not Anti-Semitism, Stipulates UN Organization, EAFORD

Item 7. Human rights situation in Palestine and other occupied Arab territories

To expose Israel’s human rights abuses and attacks on Gaza is not anti-Jewish; criticism based on mountains of reports of human rights violations are not directed at Jews anywhere, but at the policies of the State of Israel.

The international community can and should abhor the slaughter of Palestinian women and children without being labeled anti-Semitic.

Zionism is a political movement, not a religion; it is a colonialist, racist, ideology of conquest, oppression, subjugation and control.

Zionism is Israel's official ideology and to oppose the discriminatory policies of this apartheid state is not racist. Israel is one thing, Judaism another: to confront one is not to be in opposition of the other, they are separate.

Jews can be anti-Zionists, and anti-Semites can be staunch Zionists. Some of the most adamant supporters of Zionist ideology are not Jews, but some fundamentalist Christians. This agenda item does not report on a religion but on a State’s discriminatory policies towards a people who are Semitic too!

Occupation is not about religion: It is a nation’s policy of aggression; its use of disproportionate force, and collective punishment.

When the atrocities committed on the people of Palestine are condemned, Zionists call it anti-Semitism, which is a concocted myth. It is simply a ploy to “dismiss all criticism, no matter how legitimate, as rooted in prejudice and therefore without any validity." (Cohen)

Equating anti-Zionism with anti-Semitism poisons any resolution; let it not deter us from our pursuit, the real goal which must prevail: truth and justice.

Thank you Mr. President.

What a shame!

Selective Charity
Read and discover how politics is soulless.
Viva Palestina letter to Charities Commission from George Galloway
From: GALLOWAY, George Sent: 14 April 2009 14:03 Subject: letter concerning viva palestina By email to louise.edwards@charitycommission.gsi.gov.uk Hard copy will be sent to Louise Edwards Compliance Investigation Unit (London Charity Commission Direct PO Box 1227 Liverpool L69 3UG
To the Charity Commission,
I have been travelling for many weeks in North Africa and the Middle East, Europe, and North America. I have returned to a London address I seldom visit to find a blizzard of correspondence from you. Your correspondence, when read together, as I have just done, seems to represent a wildly disproportionate and inappropriate reaction to our recent delivery of aid to the suffering Palestinians in Gaza, and must raise the question: Why?
The peremptory letters from you, and by you I mean the Charity Commission, are full of bluster and threat, issuing absurd deadlines to people it does not seem to occur to you are not even receiving your letters, either because they are working abroad (Ms Razuki and Mr Al-Mukhtar), travelling abroad on high profile political business (myself), or you are writing to them at the wrong address.
In my own case, Easter Saturday opened with your, latest, threat to go before a High Court judge in a bid to force me to appear before you. That will not be necessary. I look forward to telling you to your faces what I think of you. Which is this.
I have become increasingly concerned about the abuse of your powers displayed in your brazenly obvious political double standards. About your attempts, under the guise of regulating British charities, to police the democratic efforts of political activists in Britain in a way never envisaged by parliament. About your preparedness to waste large sums of public money in political stunts, either at the behest of others or in the hope that you are properly anticipating their wishes. And above all, in the context of this issue, your almost laughably obvious prejudice against the Palestinian cause and against Britain's two million-strong Muslim community.
Just one example will suffice for now, although I have more, much more.
During Israel's 22-day attack on virtually defenceless Palestinian civilians in Gaza - condemned by virtually everyone in the world from the United Nations to the Pope and including the British government – an organisation The Zionist Federation took out a full page advert in the Jewish Chronicle on 9th January asking readers to send "care packages" to "our [ie Israeli] soldiers fighting on the front line” in Gaza and to send charity vouchers to a British registered charity Operation Wheelchairs Committee (charity number 263089) for the same purpose.
Although this was immediately drawn to your attention you appear to have done absolutely nothing at all about such an abuse of charitable status. The Zionist Federation is presumably not a registered charity any more than Viva Palestina was. The Zionist Federation appeal was for money for “care packages” with donations possible online to http://www.zionist.org.uk and to the charity Operation Wheelchairs Committee. By the logic of your actions towards Viva Palestina, surely you should have immediately declared the Zionist Federation to be a charity with all that that entails. But you did not do so. Why? In any case, the Operation Wheelchairs Committee is a charity, soliciting for funds in this advert to support a foreign army involved in a widely condemned military action, in which thousands of civilians were killed, maimed and orphaned. Yet the Charity Commission did nothing. No freezing of bank accounts, no press releases, no carefully briefed "concerns", no threats of High Court judges.
It will only take the reader (I am publishing this letter as widely as I can) a moment's thought to imagine what the Charity Commission's attitude would have been if a British - Muslim - Charity had taken a full page advertisement in a different British newspaper raising money for "care packages" for "our [ie Palestinian] soldiers fighting on the front line” in Gaza.
Not only would you have gone into overdrive and immediately begun freezing their assets, the hue and cry in the press you would have fed, would have seen the charity's trustees under arrest.
This is an incontestable example of your persistent bias. Because in contrast to your inaction on a British charity raising money for the Israeli army and in the absence of such a hypothetical Muslim charity, you have launched this hysterical campaign to try and wreck the work of Viva Palestina instead.
Without any knowledge of the intentions of Viva Palestina and on the basis of press reports, you pronounced, as is your wont, that we were in effect a charity, to give yourselves locus in our affairs. You misunderstood - I believe deliberately - the structure of our Gaza convoy, purporting to believe that we - the subscribers (whatever that means) - were holding more than a million pounds about which you expressed "concerns", when in fact, as you have been told but continue to ignore, this was never the case.
You first frightened the banks into refusing our attempts to open a bank account. When we finally found a bank which would allow us to open an account you intimidated them into freezing it, I believe exceeding your powers. You then began procuring documents - possibly illegally - about us from the Islamic Bank. As a result of your press briefings about your "concerns" newspapers began to refuse to accept advertisements from us, donors turned away, and the public were encouraged to believe that Viva Palestina was something to be avoided - conjuring-up an undisclosed but lurking suspicion about it.
In all this you acted not as the public would expect a Charity Commission to do, but rather as a self-appointed state policeman of the activist sector, a mission-creep towards a style of work which simply must be contested.
Here are the facts. Accept them and save the public purse a lot of money it can't afford. And get off the backs of Britain's Muslims and the Palestinian people.
I am not a trustee of Viva Palestina. You say I am a "subscriber" though you do not say what that means. I have nothing to do with Viva Palestina's finances, I am not a signatory to its frozen bank account. I will attend the meeting with you, because I intend to launch a parliamentary campaign, and take it to the country, to put you back in your place.
I did inspire the creation of Viva Palestina and I am very proud of that. If those running it listen to me they will refuse to take anything off their website at your behest. The example you cite of an item which should be taken down, could just as easily have been any one of a hundred items. And would become so, once your right to dictate the activities of a political campaigning organisation was conceded.
For that is what Viva Palestina was, and is. Its constitution - its actual constitution not the one you wish it had - makes this abundantly clear. So does everything it says and does. If all that renders Viva Palestina not eligible to be a charity, then that's fine. Let me emphasise this as strongly as I am able. Viva Palestina does not want to be a charity.
It is you, for transparently political reasons, who insisted that charitable status should be sought. You registered Viva Palestina as a charity in record quick time and without the great bulk of the information you normally required. And then you froze the record-quick new charity's bank account so that it could not operate. These are police state tactics, entirely inappropriate and without any basis.
Viva Palestina simply provided a focus for an aid convoy from Britain to Gaza. It was de-centralised. Each participant was responsible for raising their own money, bringing their own vehicles, filling their own vehicles with their own aid, making their own donations in Gaza. You have been told this but continue to misrepresent the position. The money raised by Viva Palestina itself - a much smaller amount - was publicly declared to be intended as a donation to a British charity for work in Gaza - Interpal, with which you are depressingly familiar for having harassed it for years on repeatedly debunked smears.
The vast majority of the participants in the convoy, and the vast majority of those who helped them with money and aid, were British Muslims.
Having exerted that mighty effort, those British Muslims now find that their peaceful democratic response to the crisis in Gaza has been criminalised by you, and their aid confiscated. This all follows the high-profile police raid on vehicles from the Muslim community in the North West heading to join the convoy the night before its departure. This raid, blazed across the media, saw the arrest of ten Muslims headed for the convoy. All ten of them were later released without charge, but not before sowing the seeds of tremendous bitterness in the communities from which the men came.
This is dangerous as well as foolish. There are extremists on the edge of the Muslim community even now saying "I told you so" to those who had been naive enough to think Britain was still the kind of country where efforts like ours could be appreciated and, at least, be free from the kind of arbitrary and unjust actions taken by you. These actions undermine the confidence of British Muslims in the democratic system in Britain and are therefore dangerous and against the interests of our country.
I understand from my colleagues that you have now frozen more than £100,000 intended to help the suffering Palestinian people. Shame on you. I suppose it is too much to hope that you might have that on your conscience. But be sure I intend to let as many people as possible know, here and abroad, what you have done.
Viva Palestina's work has effectively come to a halt since your intervention in its affairs and in my absence. This was, I'm sure, your intention. Viva Palestina has not spent any money improperly. It would not do so. Indeed it could not do so. It has spent hardly anything at all - thanks to you. But it intends to get its money back from you. Viva Palestina have instructed lawyers to deal with you and a barrister will accompany us to the meeting with you. If necessary we will start a new organisation free from your wrecking efforts. But we want this money back, please be sure about that. There are Palestinians dying as a result of the malignant, sinister, cynical actions taken by you. Trust me you'll be hearing more about this.
Yours faithfully
George Galloway MP

When will IDF disclose their atrocities?!

Israeli soldiers testimonies

This is what was collected of Israeli atrocities in 2007. Waiting for their new shit to appear, the world has not yet seen that 'ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!'

Thank you Allan and David. I was going to wait and see whether or not a translation would be forthcoming in this weekend’s magazine before trying to find someone to translate. But really grateful that you have done it Allan, even though you have translated only a small part of the 8 page article. I’ll forward this meanwhile, and hope that Ha’aretz will publish the full translation.

Actually, in my opinion the testimonies of what the soldiers did is not the most important aspect of the piece. Many such testimonies can be had from Breaking the Silence, from Courage to Refuse, and B’tselem sources. For me the 2 most important parts are (a) the fact that 2/3 of the 21 interviewed have left Israel for other pastures, and the final sentence, where the mother states: “I sent to the army a nice kibutznik, and got back an Arab hater.” The last, more than anything else shows the impact of serving in the military, especially in combat units, on the individual mind.

Best, Dorothy

Subject: IMPORTANT TESTIMONIES from Israel

I’ve gone through the trouble of translating / abbreviating an article by Dalia Karpel titled HAMEDOVEVET [=the one who makes people talk]. The article appeared on the Hebrew Weekend Supplement, on 21 September, 2007. The article is based on academic research which Nofer Ishai-Karen and Psychology Prof. Joel Elitzur, of the Hebrew University published in ALPAYIM Magazine Vol. 31.

The article was not translated to English and thus did NOT appear in Haaretz English Language edition.

I will appreciate it if you could publish it, as well as EMAIL it to JOURNALISTS and others who may be interested!

A NEW ISRAELI STUDY CONFIRMS OUR WORST FEARS

On the academic research which Psychologist Nofer Ishai-Karen and Psychology Prof. Joel Elizur, of the Hebrew University published last Friday, only in the Hebrew edition of Haaretz. We thought you should know!

“We - Israeli Soldiers - were put there to punish the Palestinians”, says Ilan Vilenda, an Israeli soldier who served in Rafah during the first Intifada.

Ilan is the only soldier of 21 who agreed to have his name published, after he was interviewed by psychologist Nofer Ishai-Karen.

The soldiers spoke freely to Nofer, who served with them in the same ASHBAL platoon 20 years ago; They disclosing their innermost emotions about the horrendous crimes, in which they took part: Murder, breaking bones of Palestinian children, actions of humiliation, destruction of property, robbery and theft.

Soldier “A” testimony:

“We decided to turn an old shower in our base to a make-shift detention cell. A Palestinian was brought there, handcuffed and mouth banded so he couldn’t talk, or move. We”forgot him there for three days”...

Soldier “B” testimony:

“I was on my first patrol. Others simply shot like mad. I started to shoot as they did. They ‘set my on’. I took my weapon and shot. Nobody was there to tell me otherwise”

Psychologist Ishai-Karen was shocked to find that the soldiers enjoyed the ‘intoxication of power’, and had pleasure from using violence. She said: “Most of my interviewees enjoyed their own instigated violence during their Occupation service”.

Soldier “C” testimony:

“The truth is that I love this mess - I enjoy it. It is like being on drugs. If I didn’t enter Rafah, to put down some rebellion -at least once a week- I’d go berserk.”

Soldier “D” testimony:

“What is great is that you don’t have to follow any law or rule. You feel that YOU ARE THE LAW; you decide. Once you go into the Occupied Territories YOU ARE GOD”.

Emotional dumbness

Soldier “E” testimony:

“We drove an APC through Rafah. A man of 25 walked nearby. He didn’t hurl a stone at us or anything. Then without any reason “X” shot him in the stomach. We left him lying on the sidewalk”.

Soldier “F” testimony:

Some “tough guys” developed it into ‘an ideology’, according to which we have to react brutally even for minor events. A woman threw a sandal at me. I kicked her with my foot at her crotch. I broke her. She can’t have children any longer. Next time she won’t throw sandals at me... and when another woman spat at me she got the butt of my gun in her face. She can’t spit now.

Soldier “G” described his first forced entry to a home to detain a Palestinian:

“He was real big, some 30 years old. He refused detention. We hit him but couldn’t force him down. Some people came hurling stones at us. We beat him and told him to lie down. Till he finally did. We drove to the base with him. By that time he had lost consciousness. He died some days later”.

Nofer Ishai-Karen: Some NCOs encouraged the soldiers to behave brutally, and provided their own example.

Soldier “H” testimony:

“After two months in Rafah a new NCO commander arrived. The first patrol, which he commanded, was at 06 hours. Rafah was under curfew. Not a soul was on the street. Then he saw a young boy, of about 4, playing in the sand in the courtyard of his home. The kid was building a castle in the sand.

Suddenly the NCO, a guy from the Engineers Corps, ran to chase the kid. We followed. He captured the kid and broke his elbow. Broke the kid’s elbow! Damn me if I’m not telling the truth! Then the NCO treaded on the kid’s stomach three times, before he moved on. We couldn’t believe our eyes... But the next day we went on patrol with that guy and the soldiers started to imitate him...

What happened then?

Some guys couldn’t stomach it. The case of severe abuse of three young adolescents, who were bounded hand and foot by a staff sergeant, got them to alert a senior officer. “When the medic arrived the boys were bleeding all over, their clothes were soaked with blood, and they were shivering from fear.

They were made to kneel like dogs and were afraid to move”. The NCO was punished by 3 months detention. But the platoon commander backed the NCO and reprimanded the conscientious soldiers for ‘defaming the platoon’.”

Nofer Ishai-Karen: The sacred value in the [Israeli] Army is “fighters’ solidarity”, i. e., loyalty towards your fellow combatants. The platoons protected its secrets, as a family defends its ‘black sheep’. The fellows regard as “traitors” the conscientious soldiers, says Nofer Ishai-Karen. The cover-up was complete when our ‘good guy’ was excommunicated and ostracized by the entire platoon. And the NCO? He left the country, and now lives in the U. S. of A. The majority of the soldiers of these platoons had left Israel. Only five or six remain in Israel.

Nofer studied two platoons ESHBAL and ESHKHAR, the last was more extremely violent, she says.

Finally back to Ilan Vilenda, the only soldier who allowed Nofer to use his full name and even be photographed. Vilenda was a staff sergeant in charge of ‘operations’.

ILAN’ VILENDA’S testimony:

“Our job was to beat them... I personally hit a boy and another. I used my hands or the truncheon. We beat more severely [Palestinian] adults. We acted like policemen but we acted outside the law. There was this Palestinian who had a TV at home. The World Cup in Soccer was on, and we used to invade his privacy to watch the games. After a while he had enough, and asked us take the TV set and move.

“I was born on a Kibbutz, to a family whose values were humane ‘Zionist left wing’. The Palestinians threw tons of stones at us. Whereas at the beginning my ideological commitment restrained my actions, my anger accumulated, and I released it violently. It was meant to be. We were there “to make them [Palestinians] pay.” My political views changed too. I now support the extreme-right-religious National-Religious Party.”

After his release from the army, Vilenda and 5 other Israelis were arrested in Goa, India for possession of LSD. “I wanted to serve my country. This was my task... but the entire IDF is executing illegal-orders.”

Who is responsible?

General Matan Vilna’i [now serving under Ehud Barak as vice Minister of Defense] was at the time [during the FIRST INTIFADA] Chief of the IDF Southern Command.

He often visited our platoon and discussed with soldiers, says Nofer But... there you go... the ‘Instruments of DENIAL and CONCEALMENT’ went to work... “

Besides: The Israeli Army didn’t provide the unit with regular training, not were the soldiers given regular leaves, or provided with free time to recuperate and recover. The interviewed soldiers maintained that the longer they operated [against the Palestinians in Rafah] without leave, the more violent they became in imposing their kind of ‘Law and Order’. They claimed “Army [commanders] were aware of the erosion towards violence, and encouraged it in order to save manpower”.

NOTES:

General Matan Vilna’i must have known what happened. High-ranking officers who served on the Occupied West Bank had voiced similar warnings against Israeli Army behavior. “The orders left a wide gap, a margin... of intentionally un-specified ‘grey zone’, which encouraged violent behavior of soldiers”, said Reserve Colonel Elisha Shapira, who served in the Nablus Area at the same time. Soldiers were told “don’t hit Palestinians - but bring them to interrogation ‘swell-headed’ - blown-up”.

The events, which Nofer Ishai-Karen researched, happened some 17 years ago.

The situation has further deteriorated since that time. Now Israeli Army and Air Force General openly take pride in acts of revenge against Palestinian civilians. Maj-Gen Eliezer Shkeidi took pride in announcing that his pilots break the sound barrier over Gaza, producing sonic booms.

These cause severe PTSD symptoms among young children; they have also caused miscarriages among pregnant women. The indiscriminate shelling of Palestinian homes had caused many deaths lately, including many children. Perhaps last but not least: The Israeli cabinet, backed by Washington, said it would disrupt power and fuel supply to Gaza.

[3] Psychology Prof. Joel Elizur, of the Hebrew University, who guided Nofer Ishai-Karen in her Master’s thesis, served in the reserves in the Mental Health Department of the Israeli Army. But the IDF wouldn’t allow him to research into Israeli Soldiers’ violence. The researchers hold the interview raw audio material.

[4] To my best knowledge the Israeli Army hasn’t either charged a single case of abuse or murder by soldiers of Palestinians in proper court.
